Please use the following reference style; Last name, A.; Last name, B.; Last name, C.; Last name, D. Last name, E;. Something interesting about polymers. J. EPF 2025, 42 (42), 1−11. DOI: 42.2024/jepf.123456789”
The maximum pixel size of an image is 1328(w) x 531(h) pixels with minimum resolution of 220 dpi. Larger images will not be properly visible in the abstract. Please ensure the content of the image is readable at this size.
During the abstract submission process, submitters will be asked to select one of the topics listed below:
1. Advances in Polymer Synthesis
2. Green Polymer Synthesis
3. Supramolecular Polymer Systems, Dynamic Networks and Vitrimers
4. Polymers for Biological, Medical and Food Applications
5. Physics, Physical Chemistry of Polymers
6. Modern Characterization Techniques
7. Rheology and Polymer Processing
8. Additive Manufacturing
9. Polymer Systems for Reduced Carbon Footprint
10. Recycling Techniques & Design for Recycling
11. Nanostructured Polymers, Composites, Blends and Soft Matter
12. Theory, Modelling and AI Approaches of Polymers and their Properties
13. Additional topic
Names, affiliations, cities, and countries of all contributing authors should be provided. The person submitting the abstract should be the presenting author of the work. All communications regarding an abstract will go to the submitting author, irrespective the designation of the presenting author. Please verify that your email address is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.
Abstract submission deadline:
Abstract submission deadline: March 3, 2025
Notification on acceptance/rejection: April 1, 2025
Early Bird registration deadline: April 30, 2025
Submitted abstracts will undergo review by the scientific committee and will be scheduled for presentation at EPF 2025 only if accepted by the reviewers. Scheduling notifications will be sent to the submitting author on April 1, 2025.
Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentation or as poster presentations. In case of not acceptance for an oral presentation, you will be given the opportunity of a poster presentation instead.
A special issue of the journal Polymer is dedicated to the European Polymer Congress EPF2025. Conference attendees are encouraged to submit papers to this special issue of Polymer. Please refer to https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/polymer/special-issues All the submissions deemed suitable to be sent for peer review will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Upon its editorial acceptance, your article will go into production immediately. It will be published in the latest regular issue, while be presented on the specific Special Issue webpage simultaneously. In regular issues, Special Issue articles will be clearly marked and branded. Given the case, my abstract or accompanying documents contain either original materials, or material owned by other authors from whom I have obtained permission, I take responsibility for materials I use and I take responsibility for following copyright laws.
To ensure scheduling of a submitted and accepted abstract in the final EPF 2025 programme, the presenting author must be registered as an EPF 2025 delegate by April 30, 2025. EPF 2025 will not cover expenses related to poster or oral presentation submissions, including registration fees, travel, or accommodation costs for presenting authors. Failure to register for EPF 2025 by the set deadline may lead to the withdrawal of your abstract(s). Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing and subsequently confirmed by the EPF 2025 Conference Secretariat.
