Food Truck Festival Party: Thursday, June 26 at MartiniPlaza

Your full conference registration includes: full attendance to all sessions, all lunches and coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception and Food Truck Festival Party.

• All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund or registration fee will be as follows:

  • For cancellations received up to and including April 22, 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.

  • For cancellations received from April 23, 2025, no refund will be given, full amount required.

• Participant changes are permitted only if the new participant is from the same company. Please note that any changes submitted after April 22, 2025 will incur a handling fee of EUR 40 per registration.

Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
